સૌરાષ્ટ્રના પાટનગર સમા રાજકોટ થી ૪૦ કિલોમીટર રાજકોટ પોરબંદર હાઇવે પાસે મહાન પ્રજા વત્સલ રાજવી શ્રી ભગવતસિંહજીના ગોંડલ ગામ માં કે.વી .રોડ ઉપર, શ્રી રામજી મંદિર અને આશ્રમ આવેલ છે
જ્યાં ઇ.સ. ૨૦૦૩ માં શ્રી રામજી મંદિર અને મંદિર ના આશ્રમ ની ખાલી જગ્યા માં “ઇધર તો મે છોટાસા દવાખાના બનાઉંગા” “ ઇધર તો કાફી ગરીબો કી સેવા હોગી ….” ના સ્વપન દ્રષ્ટા પરમ પૂજ્ય સદગુરૂદેવશ્રી હરિચરણદાસજી મહારાજશ્રી અહીં શ્રી રામ સાર્વજનિક હોસ્પિટલ બનાવવાનો સંકલ્પ લીધો અને શ્રી સદગુરૂ ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ ની ગોંડલ ખાતે સ્થાપના કરી
આ સ્વપન ભગવાન શ્રી રામ અને પરમ પૂજ્ય હરિચરણદાસજી મહારાજ ના ગુરુદેવ પરમ પૂજય સદગુરૂદેવશ્રી રણછોડદાસજી મહારાજ ના અદ્રશ્ય આશીર્વાદથી સાકાર થયું અને તારીખ ઇ.સ. ૨૦૦૪ માં આ શ્રી રામ સાર્વજનિક હોસ્પિટલની શરૂઆત્ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદીના હસ્તે કરવામાં આવી આ હોસ્પિટલ ની શરૂઆત ફક્ત ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફ્લોર થી કરવામાં આવી જેમાં ૨૦૦૪ માં કાર્ડિયાક ડીપાર્ટમેન્ટ, એક્સ-રે, સોનોગ્રાફી, કલર ડોપ્લર ૨૦૦૯ માં સર્જરી અને યુરોલોજી ડીપાર્ટમેન્ટ, અને ૨૦૧૦ માં સી.ટી સ્કેન સાથે નુ રેડીઓલોજી ડીપાર્ટમેન્ટ અને ધીમીમીમે બીજા વિભાગો શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા.
